These are WJBC's General Contest Rules.

• Winners must provide their full legal name and address and must present legal identification to claim all prizes.
   
• Winners automatically grant Regent Communications permission to use their names, likeness and voice for promotional announcements without additional consideration.
   
• Unless otherwise specified, winners have two weeks within the date of winning to pick up their prizes at the WJBC/Regent Radio Bloomington offices at 236 Greenwood Avenue, Bloomington, during regular business hours (8AM to 5PM Mon-Friday, excluding holidays).
   
• Prizes are forfeited if not picked up in the allotted time. Any prize not claimed by the day after an event id forfeited.
   
• Winner must be at least 12 years of age. Depending on the prize, additional age restrictions may be imposed.
   
• No purchase is required to win a prize.
   
• Prizes are non-transferable and have no redeemable cash value.
   
• Listeners are restricted to one prize valied at $100 or less every two weeks, but are still eligible for larger prizes. Listeners are restricted to one prize valued at between $101 and $999.99 every 90 days and prizes valued at more that $1000 every 365 days. 
   
• Employees of Regent Broadcasting, affiliated advertising agencise, participating sponsors, promotional partners, other electronic and print media employees and their immediate families are ineligible to win prizes.
   
• Winners are responsible for all taxes.
   
• Regent Radio Bloomington reserves the right to make changes to all contest rules.
   
• Failure to comply with contest rules could result in disqualification.
