WJBC News Story Reposting Guidelines Minimize

All requests for reprints must be made in writing to WJBC from the person with the agency, company or group making the request. E-mail or mail requests are fine.

The requests should include:
  1. The reason a reprint is needed.
  2. How it will be reproduced: for a newsletter, for a company advertising brochure, for a city hall Web site, etc.
  3. Who will see the reprint: 400 parents of John Smith Elementary School, 10,000 clients of XYZ company, 30,000 residents of Appletown.
  4. A bit of background information on the group, agency or company is helpful: XYZ is a Fortune 100 company that makes widgets. It has 10,000 employees in Appletown and clients throughout the world.
  5. A deadline for a response on the request.
